The first of three restaurants that now occupy various towns along the southeast coast, head chef and founder Dev’s seasonal menu is influenced by French and Southeast Asian cuisines. Between each course, diners are treated to a series of complementary canapé-style dishes that tease the palate. It also serves a tasting menu and an exotic Sunday roast.
