Mullins Brasserie

European meets Caribbean

Mullins is a laid-back brasserie housed in a converted butcher’s shop in the Old Town. Its menu combines modern European cuisine with Caribbean flavours that come from chef-proprietor Antonio Forde’s Barbadian roots. Think jerk king prawns, paw paw, mango and coconut salad drizzled with a coconut and lime vinaigrette followed by baked Parmesan and herb crusted fillet of mahi mahi served with sautée potatoes, bok choi and lemon thyme beurré blanc. In other words, super tasty.
